How do I convert Illumina Human HT-12 v4 probeset IDs to Affymetrix HG-U133A probeset IDs?
I have some data from Illumina Human HT-12 v4 array and I have a tool that requires Affymetrix HG-U133A probeset IDs. I was wondering if there a tool, or ways and means to convert the probeset ids from Illumina Human HT-12 v4 to Affymetrix HG-U133A. One way would be to convert Illumina probset IDs to gene symbols and gene symbols to Affymetrix HG-U133A ids, but this is little troublesome as there will often be multiple ids per gene in both arrays.
