in silico study of antimicrobial peptide

I have a peptide that has shown antimicrobial activity in vitro. I want to go for in silico studies to see the specific action. Will I be able to arive at a meaningful conclusion by just doing membrane dynamics of the peptide? Any other suggestions.....
