Post-Hoc Analysis Of Tophat-Fusion

Hi,

Does Anyone tried an analysis of tophat-fusion output ? I have a few samples (2 groups (A & B) of ~10 samples) and I want to find fusions that are conserved accross the samples. And to find fusions that are specific to group A and to group B.

Anyone have an adivce to start this kind of analysis ?
