After I run the association rule mining algorithm on the microarray dataset , I got top genes, which holds the high biological significance. Used Microarray dataset : NCBI : Ref.id :GSE30760 [Utrive Cervical Cancer]. Validation has to be done with GO-TERMS AND KEGG PATHWAY ANALYSIS. KEGG ANALYSIS CYTOKINE CYTOKINE RECEPTOR INTERACTION PATHWAY (Viz: hsa04060) - importance for cervical cancer.
Question : I don't know how to validate the Evolved Association rules with the KEGG pathway analysis. plz help

I assume that by validation you mean testing that your top genes reflect the biological processes/pathways of interest. As you seem to already know which pathway to test, do an enrichment test for genes in this pathway. See this post.
