hello, Capillary sequencer produces the raw file when we done with the sequencing(.ab1 file). and alot of tools exist which helps you to generate the chromatogram from the raw file. Does any1 can tell me how it works in background .like what things it consider to decide the quality value , the Nucleotide and etc.
