Trios from 1kG

Hi everyone,

I am looking for control trio of DNA next generation sequances. I have tried to download the trio from 1000 genomes project (phase 1 and 3) but it seems that most of the children sequances are missing. Is it possible to get those sequances? or those samples were never sequanced anywhy (there is 3-4 samples of childdren in phase 3)?

Except in pilot 1, 1kg only sequences independent samples. This is intentional.
