I'm new to the bioinfomatic,and making an organism PGDB on the pathway tools,but found some difficulties,i am creating a genetic-elements.dat file ,the teaching vedio was using gbk and fna format,but now i found only gbff and fna format for the genome annotation on the NCBI .i hope you can give me some details to create an PGDB for eukaryote organism through the pathway tools or some advices and procedure about how to create a genetic-elements.dat file in a gbff format! your sincerely wendy
