I'm having problems setting up blastdb. The resulting blast screen does not have selectable radio buttons in the "against target database" list; and therefore, I can't select the database. Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be much appreciated.
Background: I pulled the data from here:
$ rsync -avzP rsync://datacache.g2.bx.psu.edu/indexes/blastdb .
I added the following to blastdb.loc, as prescribed.
The items appear but are not selectable.
13apr2014-htgs htgs 13-Apr-2014 /var/www/html/galaxy/data/blastdb/htgs/13apr2014/htgs
17apr2014-nt nt 17-Apr-2014 /var/www/html/galaxy/data/blastdb/nt/17apr2014/nt
See output:

Hey, Thank you for reporting this. I cannot reproduce it yet. Can you reload the browser and check the browser console log for errors (its option+cmd+c for Safari)? Another possibility is that the formatting of the .loc files is not correct e.g. tabs vs. spaces.

Hey, thanks for the response.
Well, I can't believe it, but today it's just working.
The other day, I had rebooted and tried different browsers and cleared the caches, checked the config files over and over again, it just wouldn't work. I didn't do anything different today, it just worked. I'm both frustrated and relieved.
All I can say is that it's a fairly fresh galaxy instance on Centos 6.7 VM. Don't know what's going on but I'll take it.
