Psi-blast result parsing problem
Hey, i have problem a long time... Can u give me advice how to parse xml data from standalone psiblast? I'm trying with biopython.... and blastorage module but im totally beginner.
or maybe older version of standalone blast without xml files is the answer?

Ok i think i will create a filter-script for text data and see what next :)
