How to calculate the correlation or the p value of two groups of genes
I got a gene list that hits my No.1 condition. etc. 154/33211 and I also got a gene list that hits No.2 condition. etc 219/33211 I know there are 111 genes that were in both groups. The two groups should had highly correlation and p value that the two groups genes had no relation is very low. But how to calculate them? thanks
