My bioinformatics and database management research group, based at Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy, EU), is searching for new PhD admission candidates.

The PhD program is on Computer Engineering, and the main research topic of the applicant must be bioinformatics and/or database management. The PhD program starts in October 2012 and last 3 years. The salary is about 1,200 euros per month. The official announcement will be published on Politecnico di Milano webpage in the next days, and the deadline for applying will be around May 20th 2012.
