The command I used is: ./dindel-1.01-linux-64bit --analysis getCIGARindels --bamFile exampleBAM.bam --outputFile sample.dindel_output --ref exampleFASTA.fasta

I got 2 files namely sample.dindel_output.libraries.txt and sample.dindel_output.variants.txt but the 2nd file is 0kb; I dont understand why? Could you help?
