Hi; I'm aware of the transfac2meme script to transform a TRANSFAC matrix to a MEME representation, but does anyone know of a script to run it backwards (basically, go from MEME output to a TRANSFAC representation)? I assume one could write a script to produce pseudosequences that would match the frequency of the MEME motif and feed that to the TRANSFAC matrix generator, but if there's an easier/already existing way to do so I'd prefer to use that, in accordance with proper Perl laziness principles. Thanks!
