Segmentation fault: 11 after run COGcognitor command in COG software?

I got this message after I ran the following command and I am wondering why. Segmentation fault: 11 COGcognitor -i=./BLASTcogn -t=COGs.csv -q=GenQuery.p2o.csv -o=GenQuery.COG.csv
