combine all NCBI database volumes

Hello, I want to download (refseq_rna) database from ncbi ftp site as (one database). How to combine all its available (volumes) in ncbi ftp site to be as a (one database). I want to do the same as ncbi blast web page which you can select database to search against (not a volume).

Hope you getting my point.

Download all refseq_rna (00-07) files from NCBI FTP site. After you uncompress the files keep all of them in a folder (along with a .nal file which describes the database pieces). When choosing your blast db choose "refseq_rna" as the name of the db (no other additions are needed). There is NO need to combine these files into one.
