I love the RSS feed features of BioStar, and I've added a feed to Google Reader, which is like this: http://biostar.stackexchange.com/feeds/tag/api+or+entrez+or+eutils+or+galaxy+or+ncbi+or+open-access+or+...
In my user account settings, under "Prefs", I can specify a set of tags that I'm interested in.
Is there any way I can get a stable URL which will always deliver a feed of these tags, so that if I change the set of tags, I don't have to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the new feed URL in Google Reader?

You should open a ticket asking for this feature on the development webpage:
A new version of Biostar will likely be deployed; coming within weeks perhaps. A beta test can be seen here:
