Hi all I had performed differential expression analysis on my illumina genarated microarray data. I used algorithm illumina custom What I believe , foe diffrential expresn analysis t test can be performed on two sample like control and test. If I have multiple sample then I opt for illumina custom. Am I correct? And can any explain me the principle of illumina custom algorithm Another thing this gives output saying diff score. I read the FAQ of support ilumina where they state diff score is transformed value of pValue. My question is where this p value they have got from and Which test they are using ( t test ANOVA etc.)
