Hi all,

​I'm working on getting my SNPs filtered in Freebayes, and I was hoping to be able to set a fraction for the min alternate total (-G) rather than a set a hard number... do you know if there is any way of doing this? I know there is an option to use fractions for min alternate alleles within an individual (-F), but I can't seem to find the same type of option for within the total population. Anyone know?
