Rna Seq Procedure For Generating Cdna Library

Hi Everyone

I would like to have some descripition on making cdna libraries for RNA seq analysis. I do not want protocol for making these libraries, but figures so as to understand how ds cdna is produced , how it is end repaired, ligated to adapters etc.

Then i would like to understand how cluster formation is done(through figures)

And finally sequencing procedure (through figures).

Any figures, papers etc which explain me the details of how cdna libraries are created for rna seq would be nice.(I wiould like to have pictorial representations or videos if possible).

I do not want the protocol for this

Thanks for all the help

Regards

cdna rna

There are a lot of resources if you just google it. Here are a few from seqanswers.

Do you have a specific type of RNA-seq library you would like to know about? There are multiple preparations for mRNA-seq, Total RNA-seq, and small RNA-seq. There are also specifics about whether you want strand specific libraries.

The seqanswers links will answer a lot of these but there is more than just RNA-seq.

mRNA-seq i am looking for

Thanks
