The Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops are offering a 2-day workshop on Informatics and Statistics on Metabolomics May 26-26, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario. The workshop will cover many topics ranging from understanding metabolomics technologies, data collection and analysis, using pathway databases, performing pathway analysis, conducting univariate and multivariate statistics, working with metabolomic databases and exploring chemical databases.
