TSA submission error
I am trying to submit the transcripts via Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly Submissions(TSA)
As required ,I have formatted the files using tbl2asn and tried to upload.
I am facing following error:
Error:
File: control_hep_transcripts.sqn, ..................................................too many errors to report; there may be more errors than displayed..................................................
Error:
File: control_hep_transcripts.sqn, Sequence-id: lcl|Control_1, Technique is not set to TSA
Where, Control_hep_transcripts.sqn is file name and Control_1 is fasta header.
Any suggestions on this?
