I have a large amount of expression arrays downloaded from the Connectivity Map web site (CMap build02, 7 volumes). I am trying to know more about them: how to associate a drug name to each sample, which of them are drug assays and which ones are non treated cell assays, which cell types are used, ..

Could someone, give me some free link to useful documents to read in order to know more about the database? Also some brief explanation about the file names, their nomenclature, would be appreciated.
