Memory requirement for the transcriptome data analysis from ion PGM
Hello all
I am doing plant transcriptome data analysis. Sequencing was done using ion PGM, I got 23 million single end reads and 24 million single end reads for two biological replicates. I am planning to move with denovo transcriptome assembly
Can anyone please help me by suggesting the minimum RAM requirement for the assembly of these sample data.
