Exponentiating Beta from SNPtest output does not give the OR calculated

For instance e^0.43 = 1.5 , but the output above has 1.18.
I have read through the SNP test documentation but I am not certain why exponentiating the Beta given here does not give the OR provided.
Any help would be much appreciated.
