Does anyone aware of exact relative abundances of all bacteria in human gut from HMP - Human Microbiome Project on healthy samples. I searched the hmp-dacc, I only found out the metagenomes of the sample but relative abundances of each sample are not available. Should I calculate from the 16s reads but that seems lengthy.

It will be awesome if I could get precalculated one.

If not available:

How to calculate relative abundances from 16s reads?

I think you should inspect this page. It contains an overview of all databases within HMP

More specifically, you can see there are links to "Shotgun community profiling (HMSCP)" project and "Mothur community profiling (HMMCP)" and "QIIME community profiling (HMQCP)" 16S projects.

I think these are the DBs you need
