Hello everyone, I currently running Cabohydrate Active enzyme toolkit (CAT) to analysis and annotate the Carbohydrte active enzyme (CAZyme) found in my transcriptome's contigs . Here are the confusion after I get the result:

1. What is the different between Auxiliary Activities AA9 and AA9 with Carbohydrate-Binding Modules CBM1, Are both of them same?
2. Why an EC activities can be found in different CAZyme families? Such as EC 3.2.1.1 can be found in CAZyme families GH 13, 14, 57 and 119?
