Hi all,
I don't know exactly how to, but I'd like to share this.
This guy works for a company that helps MS and PhDs to find non-academic jobs.
I understand what companies are looking for, how they think, how they read resumes, and how they run hiring (three different models employed in the wild).
In this AMA, he talks about jobs, salaries, competition, etc. Very good!
