Hello,

I am trying to compare values that I have generated from a meta output and Limma Toptable output in the form of a volcano plot. These are the types of values I get for each:

Meta:

 [1] "TE.fixed" "seTE.Fixed" "Lower.fixed" "Upper.fixed" "zval.fixed"
 [6] "pval.fixed" "zval.random" "pval.random" "Q" "I2."
 [11] "Gene.Symbol"

Toptable:

 [1] "ENTREZID" "SYMBOL" "GENENAME" "logFC" "CI.L" "CI.R"
 [7] "AveExpr" "t" "P.Value" "adj.P.Val" "B"

Which of the values from the meta output can be compared with values from the toptable output to create a volcano plot?

Thanks in advance.

What is "meta"? metaSEQ, metaRNASeq, or something else?
