Psi-BLAST error : During COG analysis
Hello,
I am trying to Run COG software
During the Blast results I am getting an error and program stops. Can any one tell me why this error is?
BLAST engine error: PSI-BLAST only accepts one protein sequence as query
Please guide regarding!
My annotation file contains as many as 5140 sequences. Up to 1123 sequences it worked and after that It gave this error!
Is it the problem of Server memory?

Have you checked sequence #1123 +/- 1 to see if you can spot something obviously wrong?
NO, I haven't, I'll try it too!
This error was encountered by writing perl script which extract a sequence from a annotation file and performing psi-blast. This is how it was done for rest of sequences too.
