I would obtain some information about reaction in Recon2. I'm running matlab on linux os so I cant obtain a xls (with lots of more details) file but just a txt file. I wrote writeCbModel(modelR204, 'text') and I obtained a list as the one below, but as you can see there is not gene or enzyme name displayed. the text file should be based on sbml format. Do someone know how to obtain these informations in the file?
