Sr Biostatistics position (NGS software)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• new algorithms, analysis, assay design for whole / targeted & dna / rna targets
• work with bioinformatics team to create novel analysis and assay design.

EXPERIENCE:

• Ph.D.
• 5+ yrs experience in Bioinformatics

SKILLS:

• experience with next-generation sequencing tools
• biostatistics/bioinformatic experience
• PCR assay design.
• Unix/Linux, Perl, Python, R and/or MySQL.
• Strong presentation skills
