hello guys,
i have transcriptome assembled sequences in one file and up regulated assembled sequences among them in another file towards temperature stress. they all have their GO annotation file generated with blast2go.

i wanna use them do GO Slim analysis (possible with BINGO plugin) to divide the sequences with biological function is response to abiotic stress (if it's possible extract the sequences whose biological function is response to temperature stress).

how could i do that? could u tell me the way to this ?
