What data is needed for high quality de novo assembly?
Hi ladies and gents, I am interested in knowing the possibility (and feasibility) of performing de novo assembly on the sequencing data provided by the 3,000 Rice Genomes project. I am unsure whether the data is good enough for de-novo assembly, after the correction or cleanup.
