Are there any projects available for collaboration in evolutionary bioinformatics? If there are, kindly hit me!

Mainly looking for a project that can be done online and offers a stipend. However availability of stipend isn't the most important factor right now but it would be great if there is.

I've completed my M.Tech in biotechnology and I'm planning to pursue my PhD in evolutionary informatics. Currently free so want to utilize this time.

I've the following skill set:

Python, Phylogenetics tools (MEGA, Mr Bayes), Homology modeling, Other tools: PAUP, Galaxy, GnuPlot.
