Database for plant ploidy
For my research, I am trying to compile the ploidy levels for species listed in Phytozome (http://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html). Sought their help, but have not heard back, and I suspect they serve only as a gateway to 'omics' info for these species, but not so much for other things.
Would any of you know where to obtain the info regarding these plants' ploidy levels? Thanks!

You might have some luck on the Kew Gardens Plant DNA C-Values Database, which has ploidy level on it's outputs:

Try following options:
- Plant DNA C-values database http://data.kew.org/cvalues/updates.html#Rel6
- Plant Genome database http://www.plantgdb.org/
- Wikipedia
- Literature search
