Hi everybody,

I used the KAAS server for KEGG annotation of a de novo assembled transcriptome. It was assigned the KO number to the contig and show the related pathway where the EC number of enzymes involved in the various reactions was presented and the existing ortholog was shown in the green color like here.

I would like to have the assigned KO numbers near the EC number on the given pathway. Could you please help me out to this end?
