how to determine shared haplotypes
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of anyway to elucidate whether a group of individuals within a population share a haplotype within a particular region (ex. chromosome)?
Can this be done with haplotype reconstruction software (ex. fastPHASE) because I currently only have unphased genotype data.
