Is there a way to extract all the isoform sequences for a gene using BioPython. For example, if you had the HUGO ID, could you give it the HUGO ID and get back a list of sequences or the canonical sequence? I'm new to BioPython and the documentation was hard for me to sift through when looking for this problem. Do I have to do Bio.Entrez or is there another way? Can I do this without the search term from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13557981/getting-a-gene-sequence-from-entrez-using-biopython
