Unable to import MG-RAST Functional Classification in BIOME format into MEGAN 5

I am unable to import functional classifications against any database which I have exported in biome format (e.g., QIIME.KO.data.biom) from MG-RAST into MEGAN 5. I get he following error Execution filed:import.io.IOException: Unable to import this datatype: Function Table

Could someone kindly guide me regarding this issue.
