Spades Assembler Problem
Hello,
I want to use spades to the assembly. I followed the example in their siteweb but it does not work in my case. Can you help me?
spades.py --pe1-1 ../illumina/W303_Miseq_R1.fastq_filtered \ --pe1-2 ../illumina/W303_Miseq_R2.fastq_filtered -o spades_test
