Kindly make me understand what does these annotations "1525-61A>G", "1716+77C>T" in non coding region means in SNP identification? Where are exactly these positions located?
Hi Garima,
These variants belongs to an interonic region, where "1525-61A>G" refers to 61 bases before 1525 which is a start point of one of the exons. Similarly "1716+77C>T" refers to a variant at 77th bases after 1716 which is an end of another of the exon.
Did that answer your question?
