Is there any tool/script that can determine the cancer signature based on transition/transversion of mutated sequence and flanking 5'- 3'- nucleotide.

I have compiled the data in the required format, but I have not fully understood how they are classified into different signatures.

Any suggestions on how to do this are welcome.
