IGV centers on the left of the given single locus
I am working with some BAM files and I noticed on IGV Version 2.3.59 that if I upload them and write e.g.
chr19:40741861
in the position field I actually end up in
chr19:40741860
Is this normal? I thought that IGV is 1-based
