next step after pathway analysis
Hi. can anyone give me some ideas on this: i did a pathway analysis of inflammatory genes(20 genes) using PCViz. there are few genes of my interest that has very high connections with other genes..... i wanna know, what is the next step that i can do? it is for my research project. can i do something related to the gene products(protein)? can anyone help me? thanks.
