traversal stats explanations

Hi all,

I have done several assemblies via Minia, then summarized them with QUAST, I notice that QUAST provides a nice heatmap representation of data, make it easier to visualize which k is the best candidate. I intend to add to this heatmapped table the traversal stats made post-run by minia (see below)

debugging traversal stats
        large breadth
        large depth
        marked kmer inside traversal
        traversal ends with dead-ends
        in-branching large depth
        in-branching large breadth
        in-branching other
        couldn't validate consensuses

I supposed that the lower these values are, the better, but I am not quite sure about this. I have read info in minia short manual but couldn't find explanation.

Thank you very much for helping!
