Have anyone worked with Genevar tool for eQTLs and mQTLs from sanger

I am looking for mQTLs. I am looking for any resources. I tried Genevar from sanger (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/resources/software/genevar/#t_2). I am unable to launch the application from their website, it says the web services could not be obtained.

Same problem. Or else if someone can provide a download to the database file for local use that'd be helpful too.

Hey I am facing the same problem...I think there is some issues with the hosting site (sanger). There are few alternatives, such GRASP2 that nicely curates all the GWAS and QTL data from published resources.. here is the link.. Although it is not easy interface have to download the data and query it with home codes....
