what is meaning of bwa index output
When I run bwa index, it generate these file(.amb, .ann, .bwt, .pac, .sa), amb and ann seems annotation, bwt, pac and sa are all binary file, what is the difference between them?
I read the code, there exist some abbreviation, such as bns_fasta2bntseq, what is the bns and bnt meaning?
