Read Orientations in IGV view of Bisulfite Sequencing

I'm kinda new to the bisulfite mode feature in IGV - I wonder if anyone here knows what determines the gray (5'-3') and green (3'-5') orientations when load a sam file to IGV. It does not seems to be explained on their official website. Is the orientation still fully determined by the flag number, like in normal sequencing cases please?
