CNV calling and analysis from Affymetrix Axiom 50K SNP chip
I just got 50K SNPchip data from Affymetrix . I want to perform CNV analysis with it but can't figure out a way for CNV calling. I've been trying to use PennCNV and it says there has to be a lib folder along with the CEL folder. But there isn't any such folder with my data. How do I go about it? Is there another way of doing it?TIA
