HLA-DRB1 variant name description

I saw some papers talked about the alleles in the HLA-DRB1, using the name like: HLA-DBR1*01:01, HLA-DRB1*04:05, HLA-DRB1*13:01, HLA-DRB1*15:01, could any one explain to me what is the meaning? And how did they name these variants?
